  • I've come to expect 5 stars every time I go to Wilderness and this visit they nailed it again. Overall, they have the best beer in the state in my opinion (and I've damn near tried them all!) Refuge IPA is an awesome staple and they always have a few unique collaborations. They specialize in Belgians/sours but do really well with all styles. Not a huge food menu but what they do, they do really well. Hawaiian Wilderness burger is my go to. Huge slice of pineapple compliments the brisket blend and sweet and spicy sauce. Of course, add duck frites as a side! The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and seem to genuinely enjoy working there. Thanks for being awesome Wilderness, Cheers!
