  • Just taking the time to update my review since ... WE GOT ANOTHER CAR!! :) We were so impressed with Volskwagen we decided to trade in our other vehicle for the 2017 GTI. We we're "THOSE PEOPLE" who went in a half hour before closing .. on a Saturday .. on a holiday weekend. Our intentions was just to look at the interior through the window before we made a final decision and would come back Monday to purchase. Johnny MADE THIS HAPPEN. It was his mission to get us a new car in the price range we wanted. He literally did whatever he had to do to make it happen which we can't thank him enough for. James the finance manager completed the transaction and we were done, signed, and on the road in 45 minutes. Can't express enough how happy we are with our new vehicles and the EXCEPTIONAL service we receive every time we are there - truly feels like family. Thank you again to Johnny, Matt, Louis &James!!
