  • Its funny how Matt H NEVER replied to me after the robbery of my unit. Nor did he inform me that they were selling the place to Life Storage. So his BS response that they were looking into it was just that BS, just like security. Their Surveillance rolls over itself every 30 days, so you have to visit your unit at least once a month to ensure your things haven't been stolen AND so they have the footage!
