  • 8 Days ago I had lasik surgery on both of my eyes. My optometrist recommended a couple of places for the surgery. I met with them and also googled around vegas and L.A. to try and learn a little about the procedure and providers. I chose New Eyes and the procedure was performed by Dr. Stafeeva. Everyone working at all 3 offices was as nice as can be and Dr. Stafeeva answered all my questions and satisfied my concerns before the procedure. Before the lasik surgery I was wearing tri focal glasses and my eyes were 20/100 and 20/60. Now, both of my eyes are, after one week, 20/15!! I need reading glasses, 1.75, ( I'm in my 50's) but not nearly as strong a reading magnification as before surgery. If I squint a little, I can read very small print. I expect my eyes may adjust and change a little in the next few weeks so Im only using $2 readers for now. I'll get cool reading frames sometime down the line. I couldn't be happier with the experience.
