  • I used to love cracker barrel. However this location is not the greatest. Went there this weekend and waited 40 mins to get a table. Then we waited another 10 minutes before we were even greeted by the waiter. The food was cold when we got it. We asked if we could sub out a side with a burger and the waiter laughed at us and said no. Had to ask 3 different people for ranch! Our table was right by the kitchen so I am not sure how it was forgotten so easily. Also my meal came with biscuits\or muffins... we never got those either. I usually don't complain but this is the worst service we have ever received.
