Breakfast review.
I turned up there this morning and was really pleased with what was on offer. First, the bar was decorated with frightenly large (and scary yummy looking) apple fritters under traditional glass cake domes. Offered by the quarter (no you don't need to order a whole one) thats more than enough of that deep-fried-frosted-frittery-goodness.
Breakfast options were many and while deciding we were treated to some curiously strong coffee - just the way I like it.
Of all the organic-ish, local-ish ingredients it was hard to decide - but, I finally settled in on the scramble of the day with sage sausage, aged cheddar and sweet onions swimming with les ouefs. Brilliant.
Friendly staff, not crowded but, by the time we left it was filling up....
