  • There are not enough words to describe how awesome these people are! I stopped in unannounced about a week ago based on Yelp reviews, hoping to get a new ring (purchased elsewhere) sized and my current wedding ring cleaned, a small diamond that had fallen out replaced and I also wanted the ring appraised as its been about 7 years since it's been appraised. Lance helped me out from start to finish and he was absolutely AMAZING. The customer service is beyond anything I could have imagined. They care about you and will ONLY do what YOU want. They are not out to scam or nickel and dime you. I am ecstatic with how my ring turned out. After having my ring for 7 years, it needed a bit of attention and they were seriously able to make it look like it did the day I was proposed to. It's absolutely stunning once again and I can't stop staring at it. I am so pleased with this group of men, I can't wait to come back and have a ring designed for me!!
