  • Currently going through SSI disability being denied figured I would call the best lawyers from what I saw for that case or my case so to speak. Well boy was I foolish. They kept me on the hanger for nearly year to 2 years not sure on how long but I know it was about 2 years and as soon as the laws change so they say because I am NOT 50 there's nothing they can do so they drop me had I knew this I would have looked for another attorney because as I have and have got another one they are doing something Bernstein is only in it for what he can get believe me I know he should have known from the beginning if he couldn't handle my case people are stupid to go to him or any of his associates. The only one in his office that was nice was myra and I thank her for sending my paperwork back to me but other than that if you go to him you're an idiot and you're foolish. I can't even move my neck or my shoulders barely can walk and he wants to drop me that's fine like I said I found a much more better lawyer and he laughed at what Bernstein said so as I see it he sucks he could have told me from the beginning that he could not take my case and it would ended at that
