  • First let me start by saying I will never ever EVER come back to or refer anyone to this office. This office procrastinated on everything. I would call and ask to speak to the attorney I hired and get transferred to people I did not ask to speak with. My claim had been settled for three or four months and they sat on resolving the Medicare claim. When I received my final Medicare notice. I took it to their office and it STILL took another month to six weeks just to get my check. When I got my check I spoke with one of the rudest, unprofessional, disrespectful, uncaring and infuriating person who I found out later to be Lloyds office manager by the name of Dawn. I'm happy that my case was said and done with. But I'd like to forewarn everyone that they took a fee out of my medical payments coverage. It's not a settlement AND they never did this on any of my former claims I had with their office. Also my claim was incomplete as they did not even get the full medpay. The only reason they have one star is because it wouldnt let me post a no star review! If you want to feel "Raped" by someone you trust to have Your Best Interest at heart this is Definitely the place!!! Totally No interoffice Communication!! Lloyd, You should Oversee the Happenings in YOUR office! Your money is better spent elsewhere... Thank you, very much!!!!!
