  • Purchased a queen sized air mattress and after blowing it up, came to realize it's actually a full. Brought it in today with original purchase receipt and was told they cannot return it; it has to go back to manufacturer. Mind you that this was never discussed at time of purchase either. I talked to the manager who was actually rude during the situation as well. I called customer service who called the store as well and was told the same thing....store policy. After looking on the website for all non returnable items, air mattresses cannot be found. Used to shop at Academy all the time, but will never step foot into one again. Academy Sports, congratulations, you've lost a customer over $40.
