  • The Ladies of Lineage provide excellent one on one customer service and know their products well. They have great patience and work within your budget. The 3 stars however, are for their nickel and diming practice. I spent over $500 on bridal accessories and referred two customers who bought from Lineage and yet they still insisted on charging me a $15 shipping fee for items that did not arrive to their store until after I had moved from Charlotte. This definitely left me with a bad overall feeling for the experience over a mere $15. Their expertise is great, but you will pay for it and are unlikely to be thanked for shopping at this small business rather than a large boutique or online.
