I have to say I'm surprised by how nice the inside of this place is compared to what it looks like on the outside. Recently my father was in the area for work and was put up here. I came to visit him and while he was busy I decided to roam about freely inside.
This use to be a Holiday Inn at one point and I can definitely say that it wasn't up to par. After CI came in and took over they put a major amount of time and effort into remodeling this place. New wallpaper, carpeting and furniture. The rooms are set up nicely. Huge bed, plenty of closet space and the bathroom, although not the most high end, were pretty spectacular. The sink is a sink you would want in your own bathroom at home. One nice little feature they have in the room is a kitchenette area. Fridge under a counter top that is half sink and half stove. Also you have a microwave if you don't want to actually use the store part.
As for other features in the hotel itself:
1. Indoor pool (basically it was an outdoor pool in a courtyard the covered with all glass so it can be used year round)
2. Outdoor bar area for warmer months (right outside the pool area)
3. Fitness room (with your basic gym equipment)
4. Market (basic items you'd find at a gas station, but didn't have time to stop there)
5. ATM in the market
6. Banquet rooms (for parties or meetings)
7. Restaurant (Joey D's in the Park, basic food fare for a bar and grill)
8. No smoking in the hotel (subject to fine if you do)
9. Ample parking
10. Free Wifi
All in all, seems like a decent place to stay in the area.
