  • I seriously suggest making an appointment. I walked in and waited 25 minutes while the dude working there went through a full presentation with another customer, basically disregarded me. If the process is that arduous, perhaps more than one person working would be in order. Me and my aching feet left the store with nothing, not even a goodbye. I doubt I'll drive to the other side of town again....
