  • Alongside their signature drink, coffee shops usually offer pastries and small salads. You can find some of the same fair here but with a Latin infusion, and those dishes are only in addition to their Hispanic inspired cuisine. Actually, this flavor flair even blends with one of their speciality coffees, the Mexican Spice Latte, which is an artful mix of subtle seeet with a savory touch. It is a refreshing change that is one of the main features that sets Makers and Finders apart. The service and warm reception is another important element of Makers and Finders' atmosphere. The staff is always curteous, friendly, and completely skilled and knowledgeable in regards to the coffee they brew. When I first arrived, I ordered an espresso, and realizing I was new, I was told, "Just so you know, we serve doubles as the standard here. Is that fine with you, sir." Yes, yes it is. In fact, that is exactly what I want to hear from a coffee shop. Makes and Finders offers a great environment for groups or individual dinning, providing a bar counter, formal seating, and open areas with large tables and lounging sofas. Additionally, upon request, they can serve French press coffee or stove top espresso. I will definitely visit with a group of friends some time. Whether you are stopping in for lunch during the work-day, or visiting for a casual afternoon coffee, you will always feel comfortable, welcome, and pleased at Makers and Finders.
