  • I am truly sorry to bash this airlines because conceptually, they had a good idea. But they lost my good rating by charging us for absolutely EVERYTHING! Assigned seating wiith online check-in costs $12 and up; carryon luggage costs $55, whereas checked luggage is $50, (both of which I find to be outrageous); so far ice cubes are still free, but you dont get any free water...that's $3.00. Having been nickeled and dimed to death is one thing, but my real issue is that this plane is filthy! And I'm not gonna gripe too much about leaving 50 minutes late due to maintenance issues in the bathrooms. Make that 50 minutes late...so far.
