  • Horrible place to live. First, I was told (and showed in the model) there would be a large tub in the master bath and there was NOT when I moved in. That is not a huge deal to me but it would have been nice to know there was only a shower. The tiny bath in the hall bathroom is not what I wanted. My apartment was broken into 4 months after I moved in. The office staff was no help. It used to several calls to have them send maintenance to fix anything. They have since changed owners/property management companies and have gotten WORSE! Now they charge you if you call or go in to request maintenance. They want you to submit it online instead. They are now charging flat rates for rent on all apartments regardless of upgrades, even to the tenants that have been there for multiple years and they wont upgrade anything if it's occupied. In my opinion, even with the "upgrades" its not worth paying what theyre asking for that neighborhood. They lost the key they had in the office for my apartment and claimed it might have been thrown away in the transition. (Which was a lie because they had used it a day or two prior to that.) Most of the office staff now are completely rude and very close to incompetent. I have witnessed multiple "security" guards sleeping on the job or just sitting around instead of patrolling. I would not recommend getting tricked into living here then trapped in any sort of a lease. This place was a joke before and it's an even bigger joke now. (Little side note: it smells awful almost every day in the evening. I think it's probably because the trash trucks are driving by somewhere near by at the end of the day but not positive. That is out of the control of the property management however, so it doesn't affect my opinion on them.)
