  • OMG.. these guys are the BEST ever! I had not realized what a rip-off so many companies are and how the quality of the water softer is so poor amongst so many of the Sweetwater Competitors. Sweetwater is a first class operation, the equipment is top of the line and the warranty is outstanding. They stand behind their product 100%. we installed the Ultima WS-1 48k gallon, it is a world of difference from the 32k gallon we had for 18 years which did nothing but put spots on our glasses, etc. etc. The top of the line valve called the CLACK is 35% more efficient than any other out there with the 1 1/4" opening, as opposed to the 1" opening in others. Tom is great and his whole crew is awesome. Thank you guys for helping us understand the importance of softening our water!
