  • Awesome service and trustworthy! I couldn't get past the login screen on my MacBook, they scanned the HardDrive first to see if it was the issue, thankfully it wasn't! Turns out it was having a firmware issue, they did have to do a wipe and made sure first it was fine with me. (Back up everything!) They charged me for an hour of labor, and was REALLY affordable! I thought I would need a new Mac but went home with my same one. When I need a new Apple product I will purchase it from them!
