| - Our family stopped in for breakfast on a Tuesday around 10:30, after a particularly emotional morning.
We were pleasantly surprised to find out they have a full bar, with Bloody Mary's on the menu! Decent Bloody Mary's, not stellar, but the bacon was a nice touch.
Portions were large. The omelets were big and fluffy, hashbrowns were crisp, and the biscuits and gravy were good.
The main reason for the review today was the waitstaff, Roberto. The guy was great. He initiated with standard small talk and the food was served promptly. It was what happened afterwards which was just what we needed...he asked if we like magic! Cheesey right, especially for a table with the youngest was 28 years old!
I don't know if Roberto picked up on our sadness, but magic was definitely what the doctor ordered. He performed for us for about 10-15 mins(at 10:30am on a Tuesday, we were one of few in the restaurant), simple slight of hand tricks that left the table laughing and in disbelief.
If was a fun few minutes of distraction in an otherwise sad day.
Thanks Roberto.
