  • I am very unsatisfied with the customer care I received today I have had plenty of luck with parts warranty and customer service in the past with Quality Bumper. recently I spent well over 2300 dollars on a retractable bed cover and a hide away hitch I've been in and out of the store 3 different times expressing that the bed cover has allowed water into my truck from several locations just from rain fall leaving tools in the back wet and rusty store manager offered no assistance and said that the warranty does not cover water getting into the bed of your truck and then goes on to tell me it's just water resistant. I don't know a single person out there that buys a bed cover for security purpose only. Not to mention before they sold me this product I specifically went over the fact that I could not have water coming through the bed cover getting to my tools. then the store manager tells me but it's my job to call the company that he bought the product from to fight it out for the warranty offers me no phone number and 3 pieces of paper of warranty info. After that I told him I needed to return the adjustable hitch that he sold to me and place that money towards one with more of a drop in because the slide receiver portion had scuff marks on the paint he refused to take back the original hitch even though it was very clear that I had not even pulled one trailer with the unit before trying to take it back. all in all I feel this story is very poorly managed all they care about is your money and to get you out the door you will be frowned upon and ignored if you try to do anything to get what you paid for.
