  • I had a similar experience today as another reviewer did. I purchased a Living Social deal and called to schedule. A man answered and said, "Hello," not identifying the business. I asked if this was Jensen's and he said yes. I spoke over some loud, annoying, repetitious noise and told him I had a Living Social deal and wished to schedule. He told me to text him my name and number and he would get back to me by the end of the day. I did, and I heard nothing. Reading a few other reviews about this individual's lack of professionalism and down right rudeness inclines me to ask for a refund, even if it is in Living Social bucks. Reminder to read reviews before buying these deals!
