  • I was really hoping this company was going to be what I expected. They never gave us directions of where to meet them and we ended up missing our trip trying to figure out where to go. What was most surprising was their reaction after this whole debacle. They were very rude to us and refused to help us out or accept any level of responsibility for not telling us where to go. They basically robbed us of almost $400 and told us to kick rocks. I would stay away from these crooks. I even see that they were caught trying to cheat tripadvisor.com. Totally not surprising of these folks. I would find another way to enjoy the river. If they made this right, I would reconsider, but for now I would never ever recommend going with them.
