| - Our 2-night stay, was during off-season or something, because it was a ghost town. Christmas night, we were one of two cars in the lot. Next night, there were maybe 10 more cars. So, it was not poppin' like the Saguaro in Palm Springs,
but I'm okay with that. I wasn't trying to party all night.
The place itself, was very cute. Very Palm Springs art deco and colorful. Also very reminiscent of the resorts in Cancun. The staff is really friendly. The lobby is super cute. We didn't check out the restaurant, but good to know it was there.
I used the gym and it was perfect for my needs. The entrance is through the gates to the pool. Which by the way, the pool area was really, really cute. Oh, and you can rent bikes and bike through the downtown/old town area, which is literally next to the hotel. Very convenient.
The room was cute, but the bathroom door was weird. It was that floating door, style, where it slides over the entry, but it doesn't close all the way, so it was lacking privacy. Not a big fan of that. The bathroom is the one place you really want privacy, lol.
