I went in on a Sunday after being passed around to three different people at the Verizon Core call-center only to be told that they could not help me and that I had to go into a store. I had been trying to avoid doing so because The last time I went into a Verizon store (different location ), I had a negative experience with a dishonest salesperson who sold me a device that I did not need which required me to add an unnecessary line to my account.
Thankfully, this experience was completely opposite! Gustavo helped me fix the issue with my account promptly and without manipulating me into adding another line. He was very professional, but also friendly and very nice to work with. He appears to really enjoy his job and care about doing well for the company that he works for. He appeared to be training the other sales person who was also assisting me so I think it's safe to say that the store at Bell Road and 43rd Ave. has at least two fantastic employees. Thanks, guys!
