When it came to our wedding last May I had one thing on the menu that was NON-negotiable: curds. Everyone knows how much I love curds.Except for fall of 1998 which was kind of a dark period in my life (curds-wise.) Back to the wedding plans; I pictured us, laughing with friends and family, filling our chubby little red cheeks up with curds.
My little wifey loves curds and has suggested making curds of her own (with her own milk)- But dont tell her they wouldn't come close to the curds at Milk n More. She's tried making other types of cheese btw yummmm
PRO TIP: how do you determine a prime curd? rub a tiny bit into the palm of your hand. If it leaves a white mark. Throw it away! That's the scarlet letter of curds!
WARNING: do not eat curds and go to LA Fitness. I did, and it was MISERABL.
I'm including my famous recipe for Curds Soup!
RECIPE:
1 cup Curds
2 cups Buttermilk
1 can of campbells clam chowder (the white one of course)
1 cup of parmesan
1 cube of beef bouillon
splash of Unfiltered Apple Cider vinegar.
Combine and mix. Heat on low flame till hot.
YOU and your friends will love it.
