There's no arguing with a museum that's admission is pay-what-you-can after 3 p.m. two nights a week and not closing until 9 at night.
The museum has a couple pieces by Diego Rivera, Monet, Degas, and other well-known artists; however, I couldn't help but stare mesmerized at this blob projection on a three-dimensional object that was babbling to itself calming things when it was green, becoming more aggressive as it turned red. It was in the contemporary art exhibit on the lower floor, and it looked like Slimer from the "Ghostbusters" movies. Yeesh..
You're allowed to take pictures in the museum, so long as you don't use flash or photograph pieces that say you shouldn't.
