  • This is the worst "Urgent care" office ever! The wait times are so long and the staff is absolutely ridiculous. They don't care at all about their patients or the fact that they are providing bad service to everyone. I would not mind waiting if the staff was a little decent but I cannot believe this is what we have to tolerate after being injured and recommended to see them. The last thing we needed was a medical staff to act as if they are better than everyone and present bad attitudes to everyone. They have the worst attitude ever and never try to please their patients. I am a union worker and was recommended here and my friend warned me about their horrible service but I thought, how bad could it really be? The doctors are also very harsh and careless. I feel like they are not as qualified as they should be to even work there! I was given a "feedback appreciation" form at the end of my visit. I don't think the staff cares about this at all but I still left my feedback. Even Denisha Roberts didn't seem to care about my issues, she kept making excuses for the staffs horrible behavior and didn't want to try to help at all.
