  • I had Zerorez over to clean dad's home last night. I was not overly impressed by the service. The main problem area was still visibly soiled and still smelled bad. I called Zerorez because I hear their ads all the time and they are supposedly good but to me they are over priced and do not do any better of a job than less expensive carpet cleaning companies I've used. The only plus was the technician who was very pleasant and polite. Otherwise I would not recommended Zerorez.
