| - These people couldn't care less! My husband works for the Orange County Sheriff, and frequently stays at Embassy during extraditions, along with the rest of the department. Upon staying at the hotel, he lost his ring in the sink, and immediately called me and went to reception to get help. The request to get help was completely ignored. I called 3 Times while he was present and afterwards, and spoke with employees and left messages for managers. My husband called, emailed, and left messages. We even contacted corporate. I went as far as calling a plumber in Scottsdale, who told me they just need approval by the hotel to remove the P-trap in that room. For the last month, our phone calls and emails have been completely ignored! So, we had to buy a new ring, and engrave it to match the one lost.
Embassy- I hope you don't consider yourselves hospitable! You obviously lack customer service and ethics, and based on the disregard by your employees and management, it's probably that you don't take care of them either. Word has been spread throughout OCSD to avoid staying at any Hilton hotels during travel.
Funny. Gretchen M posted, but we STILL NEVER HEARD A WORD from Embassy.
