  • I attempted to hire Mr. Garry Hart for a construction job. I met him at one of his work sites. I witnessed him speak down to his workers. I witnessed him not paying them the full amount they were owed. One man cried about his bills and family. Garry gave him less than half of what he was owed. When the man cried, Garry threw $20 at him. This was very uncomfortable for me Garry claimed to have workers comp on his workers. But refused to show it to me. He refused to show me any documentation on his construction company. This was concerning. I later looked his company Hartco Construction up, only to see his permit was "permanently revoked". I was able to dodge a huge bullet with him.
