  • I give no stars..I had an awful experience with them, total misunderstood, and lied to! I went last Saturday because I was off and they were open 10-12pm and needed to order a corsage and boutinare for my son's prom. I called the day before to check if too late to put in order for a week later. They said they can put in an order and have lots of flowers available. On Saturday morning around 10am I come in and asked to put in an order. Immediately, they said"sorry we are all out of flowers". I told them I spoke with someone the day before and told me different. They just looked at me and said they ran out this morning and nothing they could do. So I left, stressed out, and started making phone calls. As I was on the road, I called them back to clarify because I found out there was a different school that had prom on that same day. I explained to the lady I was there earlier, I wanted to put in an order for my son's prom next week, not the same day. Then she told me they were confused and thought it was for that day, she was about to head out, and offered to wait for me. I told her I'm on my way. I get there at 11:30 and doors were closed, no one inside! I guess they didn't want my money, I would've referred my son's friend here but not anymore! I don't want anyone to go through that at all, especially if it's for a special occasion! Reply to bouquet of flowers No thanks for the offer! Pls do not lie to me again, I have proof on my phone I was there around 11:30 doors closed, I got back home afterwards by 12pm, very disappointing.
