| - I shopped at the Mediterranean Market on Saturday, June 24, 2017, and a very nice young lady waited on me. Among my purchases I requested a pound of Bulgarian Feta Cheese, which I was planning to take with other things as a side dish to someone's home. It did not occur to me to examine the Feta after the young lady put it with my other purchases, unfortunately that was a mistake, it appears that she may have been inexperienced in cutting and packaging Feta. As when I returned home and took my purchases out of the bags, I noticed I did not have a piece of Feta, it was Feta crumbles! This may be due to attempting to squeeze the Feta in a container way too small. In addition, being given too much Feta almost 1 and a half pounds, plus it appears she may have overlooked wiping off the knife too, it had some bits of something on the Feta, which resulted in Feta that is unusable. Thought someone could use this information to show this young lady how to handle, weigh and package the cheeses properly. Since this was the first time I ever experienced this from this store, thought I would share, to avoid a similar experience in the future. Tried several times to call the store, hoping to exchange the Feta, however the line is consistently busy. The E-Mail Address is invalid as well, as the Website on their business card, so I made ever attempt to enable them to rectify. Plus, side they have a great selection of products.
Thank you
