  • Terrible service. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. We asked for a 15 passenger van. They sent us on our way and we find later its only a 10 passenger van. We returned the vehicle that night to get the correct one, but they had nothing. They gave us 2 Tahoe's for the same price. But it took over 2 hours to get things correct. They said, there were no cars, then we could, but no one could give us any sort of answer. When you're in the rental car business, you need to know your business. IT was obvious that wasn't the case Never again. There are plenty of other places to rent cars from in Las Vegas.
