  • I came in here to try to get my girlfriend a gift. I knew specifically what I was looking for but couldn't seem to find it on my own. So I waited patiently assuming one of the two employees on the floor would come ask if I needed help, instead one walks right past me into the back of the store while the other proceeds to help a customer that had just walked in. So still I wait, eventually the employee came out of the back. As she walks by I ask if I may please have some assistance and she straight up ignored me and heads straight to the counter to ring up the next customer. Very poor customer service, please train your employees to spot when a customer needs help and not ignore them. Won't be coming back here
