| - Unethical, unethical. If I can stop a future renter from experiencing being duped, then it's ok to admit that I was duped. After waiting 45 minutes in line,I had Alba. I told her repeatedly that I do not want additional insurance. She asked me what insurance I have, I told her state farm and she said they would cover the insurance. You know how they always say "read before you sign"? Do it! No matter how much they rush you, do it! It's a lesson that I've learned from this experience. I noticed the charges when I got the receipt when I returned the car. Over $100 extra,I went to the counter and the guy said gave me the manager, Laura Sottile's card 702-818-6939 and with a chuckle says she has bankers hours. At that point I knew I was doomed. I immediately emailed her on Nov 28th and called 4 times with 2 voice mails, no response after 5 days. Obviously she doesn't care. Please look at all the other responses, these people are pretty much crooks. I called corporate, they said they will file a complaint,I asked if I get any response, manager Nikki there said no, that it'll be internal. I told her about all the other yelp reviews, she didn't sound too interested.
Basically, if you have to rent here, be VERY careful. But as consumers, we should protest by avoiding places like these who don't give a damn about us customers. I've never filled a complaint with BBB, but I think I should with this company.
