  • Small selection to go along with their cramped and small location. It took almost 2 weeks to get our items. They said said the day of that there were enough people using glaze that our items should be fired the next day. Went in 5 days later and was told they had not been fired yet but that they would be fired the following day. Went back again 7 days later and our items were done. The woman working said they had called a few days prior however no message was left telling us our items were ready. As I explained the situation to the phone rang. I was in the middle of my sentence when she answered the call and walked off. When I protested she snapped that she "had" to take the call. Although we enjoyed our initial experience we will not return.
