  • I finally got to go to Rollin Smoke BBQ with my son tonight . We live in Las Vegas and have gone to many BBQ places in town and of course I grew up in the Carolinas and lived in Texas too , so I know my BBQ ! Well , it is good but I didn't think it was great as others do . The meat is definately smokey which alot of places here don't seem to do . I got the 3 meat plate and my son got the big burger . The burger was cooked perfectly and was good , but I have to say the Famous Daves Ultimate Brisket Burger is better . Now , the ribs here are more moist and flavorful . I like the pulled pork a little better here too and I like the Southern Girl sauce better than any of the others . The BBQ beans tasted a little old and not good and I love BBQ beans ! The sausage was ok , but again Dave's beats theirs . The corn nuggets were good and I don't know anyone else around here that serves them . It would have been nice to have corn bread in my platter than the one piece of bun underneath that was oily . All in all , I think this is a good place and will probably try again and they also offer a locals discount . The lady at the counter was really friendly which I appreciate since I am also in the service industry it is nice to talk with people who aren't just doing their job and go next in line . I would recommend this place , but not my favorite , but better than a few others I have tried in town .
