  • How can a sushi restaurant in Las Vegas operate with no A/C and rely on numerous fans placed throughout the dinning area of the restaurant??? At first, I thought it was me having an pre-menopause hot flash...but turns out I was not!! Or perhaps the a/c crapped out. It did not!! It was too darn hot n stuffy inside due to the lack of the a/c running!! Reading previous Yelp comments, this place is known for operating with fans to "help" cool off the place!! Nice try but what an epic fail!! Such a joke and takes away from the ambiance with having noisy fans scattered all over the dinning floor, buzzing and humming away!! I met my friends and co-workers for a late dinner after work. They were already seated and had dishes being served to them when I arrived. Everyone at our table decided on AYCE sushi. The service was great and the food was good. One does have to eat their sushi quickly because if not, it starts to lose it's freshness due to lack of cool air! The hot dishes were tasty: stuffed mushroom, beef skewers, fried tempura, etc... I would have given this place 4 stars, but the lack of a/c due to extreme cheapness from the restaurant owner is just not acceptable for a great dinning experience!!!
