  • We have used VCA for years and a recent visit left us a bit disappointed. Ladies upfront are friendly and consistent. We had a new Vet who really did little and took the visit as a travel visit. Barely examined and found our feisty dog a real challenge. Although kind the exam was a waste in our opinion. Given we needed to come in for a travel letter and prescription we new it wasn't an in-depth exam but this was weak considering we were charged for a complete exam. The multiple Vet options speeds things up but leaves no consistency and knowledge of your dog. Also seems like new Vets land here and then rotate out. If the Vet in charge sees this I would hope he/she makes some changes and treats longer loyal clients better.
