  • Omg we just record a phone call from Machaela and we had gone there about two weeks ago with our new German Shepherd puppy and got him some new food and she just called to see how we were doing, how he was doing and now the food is reacting to them along with any other questions I had and omg I'm so amazed at the kind gesture of this beyond customer service !!!!! Thank you so much and I feel as if we belong here !
