  • I'm not one to post reviews, but read them often. I have to say enough is enough with the Chagrin Falls Post office. I constantly get other peoples' mail delivered to my address!! Literally every week I get one of my neighbors mail. I've called to complained about the issue and nothing has changed!!! I understand a mistake can happen time to time, but the amount of wrong mail I get is outrageous. I even spoke to my person carrier politely, and the person said the mail is "pre-sorted" and placed in order by a machine. Like others have said, I've been to the location as well, and it is horrible! The staff is rude and they have done nothing to resolve the issues.
