  • Generally get pretty good service, and very good prices. Today I dropped off my vehicle at 3 pm, the employee told me it would be done in approximately 1.5 hrs. I called them at 5:30 to get an update and was told it would be done at 6. Got here at 550 and still don't have my vehicle now, at 6:24. I would've been glad to make an appointment tomorrow morning, or to drive down the street to a different discount tire if they had just said they were too busy. I've spent well over ten thousand dollars there as a young man, but not sure if I'm gonna be a lifetime customer anymore. This is my first review, and I probably only wrote it because they had my 1 month old baby and tired girlfriend waiting both times I came in, at 3 to talk to someone because only one employee was upfront, and again at 6, still waiting and its 627. I hope this helps discount management so I get better communication next time. Thank you
