  • Where do I even begin? 1. The staff was AMAZING! 2. The orthodontist, wow! He is perfect. This is the team I need. I told myself I wanted to go to an office where the staff was friendly and the orthodontist was concerned about me as a patient! How it should be in every office but we all know sometimes it doesn't work like that. I didn't want a ortho looking to take my money and throwing any option to me. This wasn't even the case in this office. Dr. Heinrich took the time to sit and talk to me. And not small talk, he explained everything to me thoroughly. Answered every question I had. I felt so comfortable and welcomed there. I am happy I made the choice to call this office for a consultation. I have a second appointment next week to get some impressions and photos taken! You guys don't even understand, I am super stoked to have a mouth full of metal at the age of 26! It is almost time to check off one of my New Years resolutions! Eeekkkk :D Update 02/28/18 Everything is still great with this office. Hasn't changed my mind about the decision of going with them. I'm getting them on second week of April. Update 04/13/2018 I got my braces on April 9th. Just a few days ago. Besides the small aches in my mouth, I love it. Can't wait to see the results in 24 months!
