  • I called these guys looking for a quick replacement set of glasses. Karen was very nice and was willing to do what she could to help me. I took the old prescription in and they didn't have the lenses in stock but were willing to order them. I didn't end up doing that just because the cost of new lenses versus an entirely new pair of glasses wasn't worth it to me. I have no complaints about the office though. They were all very friendly and did what they could to help. I never met the doctor but the front office staff was great.
