rev:text	Just picked up my 11 month old Golden Retriever from a "spa" appointment. First, I dropped him off at 9:45, I was told he would be done within 2-3 hours. I hadn't received a call, so I went up at 12:45 to check on him. I was then told that he wasn't done and that the groomer had JUST gotten there. So I waited another hour until they finally brought him in. Thank goodness I had nothing important planned around this because them not having enough consideration to even give me call to let me know it was going to take two hours longer would have really screwed things up. He was supposed to have a bath, blow dry, de-shed with a nail trim and ear clean. When they brought him back in I was surprised to see he wasn't fully dry-at all. All around his face and ears were incredibly wet as well as his rear and tail. Got him home and they did no ear cleaning whatsoever and didn't even dry the water out of them which is HORRIBLE for goldens. Still shedding like crazy. I took a normal dog brush (not a de-shedder) just to brush him and tons of fur was still coming out. What kind of grooming service doesn't fully dry your pet?? Will not be returning. I could've done a better job at home and I wouldn't have paid $$ for it. The pictures are taken after I tried drying his ears off more and only a couple swipes of the brush on his coat.
