I purchased a gift card at the Chandler location. I paid at the credit card kiosk and the transaction went through. The sales associate told me that it didn't. I argued that the machine had shown that the sale was approved and the total due was $0. She told me I was wrong and asked me to run the card again . This happened 2 additional times (she blamed it on faulty gift card) and then assured me that I would only be charged once. When I got home and check my bank account, I had been charged 3 times. I called to get a refund . The manager I spoke to (at 3:30 PM on 12/15/16) told me that it was Wells Fargo's fault and that I needed to call them because there was nothing she could do for me. Of course I did, and they verified that Victoria' Secrets did indeed charge me 3 separate times. Mistakes happen, but I do expect an adult business manager to take ownership and do what they can to satisfy a customer.
