I have eaten at Meat & Potatoes for both Brunch & Dinner. The restaurant serves delicious meals, great drinks and a friendly wait staff.
The restaurant can get extremely busy, especially before a show in one of the nearby theaters. I would definitely recommend booking a reservation in advance, as you will not get seated without one during busy hours.
The restaurant has a dark atmosphere and a few of the tables are very close together, making it difficult to hold a conversation with all of the noise. I have found that it is better to eat at Meat & Potatoes will a group of friends or family, as you will get seated on the side of the restaurant that is less crowded.
Further, the restaurant has a private party room that can accommodate a large group of people for any event.
Overall, I would recommend Meat & Potatoes to anyone! It is a great place for a post-work drink, a pre-show dinner or a Sunday morning brunch.
