  • I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the staff is! The doctor's staff, especially the lady who deals with contacts, was the worst. I thought maybe it's just this one time, but apparently my glasses came in on 6/22 ( had to order the lenses) and no one bothered to text, call, or email that they were ready. I didn't end up getting them till 7/2 after I called to see what the hold up was. Never again!
