rev:text	Chandler Road location...new truck with a aftermarket short antenna, last 2 times they removed the antenna and put it back on with no problems. This time, they don't remove it or say anything to me about removing it so they run it through the wash. Truck is done...get in and notice the antenna is missing, I ask a few people if they can look for it since it was a new aftermarket piece. The manager comes up to me and hands me the antenna with all the threads snapped off (the rest of the threads are still in the truck fender) and basically tells me there's nothing he will do. According to him, their policy is that they don't cover antenna's... well here's a big idea, train your people to SAY SOMETHING if they notice the antenna is missing or damaged!! They weren't even going to say anything, they just handed me my keys and said the truck was done. POOR customer service communication, at least have the decency to tell the customer the damage happened.
