My mother has been here for about 18 months. It is such wonderful care. I'm so impressed with the staff and administration. Kind, attentive, on top of every little change in my mom's health. They stay in communication with me when it's important. We see her frequently, unannounced, and I have always found her clean, nicely dressed, and happy. I removed her from 2 previous places because they were not on top of the care. I observe the way they interact with the other residents and it's always kind and professional. My mother is in Vista North memory care. The facility is lovely with a park-like atmosphere. The apartments look inward to a large grassy area (artificial turf) and residents are often sitting outside enjoying the fresh air. Scottsdale Village Square is such a cut above, I have no hesitation in recommending it. My mom (and grandmother 4 years ago) have also been in the SNF here following hospitalizations and the care was excellent.
